All racers and volunteers for June 19-20:
REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN FOR HOT TIMES AT LAJUNTA!
Online registration is closed, but you can still squeeze in under the wire by emailing Registrar Ann Hickey directly at anniedew@msn.com.
Though entries are low, SCCA CDR is working hard to host the event for those drivers and volunteers who are planning to join us. As a result, we’d like you all to be aware of some possible changes in the race day. Those possibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Combining the number of run groups to 2
- Drivers may be asked to work corners. If so, the reduced entry numbers should allow plenty of time for drivers to be shuttled to and from corners, and to prep their cars
- Extended track time for practice and qualifying
- Shortened race days (but longer parties)
- A scrumptious pizza dinner on Saturday night
- Worker rides
BONUS: Some additional as-yet-to-be-determined fun track opportunities for all
As a courtesy to our volunteers, if you are registered for this event, please let us know asap if you have to cancel; our budget for an event this small is very tight, and the difference of a couple entries is critical to our decision-making progress. Thank you for your consideration.
