|With May Daze being delayed by a week, you might have some extra time on your hands. It might be a good time to read the latest issue of Redline magazine. Pull it off the bookshelf at:
The first thing to marvel at is a classic shot of American F1 racer Eddie Cheever at the Monaco Grand Prix. Shot by none other than Redline editor Ed Shuler back in 1982, it makes for a great cover shot!
Inside the issue, you'll learn about why race registration is about to undergo a bit of a revolution for everybody involved. Once the 'May Daze' and 'Home of Heroes' events are complete, registration should be completely different than what we've known. There's also news from the SCCA National Convention and a review of a vehicle in a fast growing automotive category.
The Good Old Days provides some fascinating details on what made Continental Divide Raceways such a challenging circuit back when the Castle Rock track still existed. Bob Wilson also tells us why certain colors go with certain cars (with pictures). If you're a RMDiv Majors racer, we've added a points table before the first Majors race comes to Colorado at the end of May. Of course, familiar articles like 'Snakebytes' and 'The Quest' will bring you the latest news before the season starts.
Please take a look at Redline on your PC, laptop or I-phone. We've continued to refine the display so Colorado SCCA news is available to everybody, at anytime. Please let us know how we're doing and what kind of articles you like or would like to see!
